Our 2018 Shining Star Blanc is a luminous blend of the vineyards white Rhône varietals, Roussanne, Marsanne, and Viognier. Vibrant tropical aromas swirl with luscious delight culminating in a bright, scintillating finish. Early morning handpicks were immediately pressed while the grapes were still cold, preserving the freshness and fruit intensity. The wine was then cold-fermented in stainless steel with limited exposure to oxygen, retaining the subtle nuances of the crisp fruit and high-tone esters. Malolactic fermentation was inhibited further preserving the aromatics and fresh acidity of the wine.
