Pairings

We love eating almost as much as we love wine…and while we love drinking our wines on their own, there’s almost no greater pleasure in the world than the perfect wine pairing.  We craft our wines with great aromatics, flavors and balance to go beautifully with a wide range of foods, but there ARE truly pairings that work better than others, where the wine AND food are enhanced by each other across the palate.

We drink/taste our wines A LOT with a lot of different foods, so we thought we would build this section to give you ideas about what to serve with each one. If you find a perfect recipe pairing, please share it with us. We are always open to new flavor experiences.
